Our wellness program offers a variety of sessions, classes and personal consultations to choose from:

 

  • Yoga Classes


Our "Yoga for All" class is a unique combination of yoga poses, toning exercises, meditation and breath work. Every class is different and can be customized to your specific requests and your fitness level (from beginner to advanced). The following yoga styles can be adapted to your own yoga practice; Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga or Hot Yoga. We can incorporate some of these styles within the "Yoga for All" class as well as Pilates! 


Every session or class is 1 hour (30 minute breath work add-on)


  • Basic Stretching Classes


A Basic Stretching Class is a guided session focused on gently lengthening and loosening the muscles to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and relaxation. It’s typically designed for beginners or those recovering from inactivity, and it involves low-impact movements that are safe and accessible for most fitness levels.


  • Hyrox Workout


A HYROX workout is a fitness race format that combines functional strength exercises with running. It's designed to test both endurance and power, making it popular among CrossFitters, endurance athletes, and general fitness enthusiasts.  HYROX is scalable but intense—ideal for people who enjoy structured, competitive, high-intensity training.


  • Ice Bath Sessions


An ice bath session (also known as cold water immersion) is a recovery method where you sit or submerge your body (usually from the waist down or full-body) in cold water typically between 10°C to 15°C (50°F to 59°F) for a set period—usually 5 to 15 minutes.


  • Ice Bath with Sound Bowls


An Ice Bath with Sound Bowls is a wellness experience that combines the physical recovery benefits of cold water immersion with the mental and emotional benefits of sound therapy, often using Tibetan or crystal singing bowls.


  • Breath work Sessions


Breathwork sessions are guided practices that use conscious breathing techniques to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. These sessions can range from calming and meditative to intense and cathartic, depending on the style.


  • Sound Bath Relaxation


Sound Bath Relaxation is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in soothing sound vibrations produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools. The goal is to create a deeply relaxing, restorative, and often therapeutic state.


  • Sound Bowl Meditation


A Sound Bowl Meditation is a healing and mindfulness practice where the resonant tones of singing bowls—usually Tibetan metal bowls or crystal quartz bowls—are used to help guide the mind and body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. 


  • Personal training consultation


A personal training consultation is an initial meeting between a client and a certified personal trainer to assess goals, fitness level, and needs, and to create a customized workout plan or determine if training together is a good fit.


  • Nutrition consultation


A nutrition consultation is a one-on-one session with a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or health coach to assess your diet, lifestyle, and health goals, and develop a personalized plan to improve your eating habits and overall wellness.


Package choices are:


  • 1 hour yoga for all class + 1 hour sound bowl meditation class


  • 1 hour yoga for all class + 1 hour ice bath experience


  • 1 hour Hyrox & Stretching + 1 hour Ice bath experience
