🧊 Ice Bath Experience comes to you in Phuket! 🧊

❄️ Our options

Our three options for the ice bath/breath work experience with a Certified Ice Bath / Breath Work Instructor Sonia Lucas.

🧊 Option 1: Location - Kamala Gym


This is a group class at 1:15pm on Saturdays to do a brief breath work practice and one ice bath round of 1-5 minutes each person in a group setting. 


💲 Cost: $400 baht per person.



🧊 Option 2: Location - Kamala Gym 


This is a private session, one-on-one with an individual or your group scheduled in advance available seven days a week.


Individual Private session is one hour.

Group Private session is 90 min. 


This is a more detailed, personal experience where we do light stretching,  breath work and sound bowl meditation to reach deeper meditation/ relaxation. Also, more breath work techniques are covered in the private session. 

Then three rounds of one to five minutes in the ice bath (per round). 

I work with you and any personal goals you want to attain so you really  get the maximum health benefits of an ice bath, breath work and meditation to integrate in your daily routine for the rest of your “HEALTHY” life! 


💲 Cost: $1000baht per person (includes use of pool and gym access)



🧊 Option 3: On-Site Private Session at your villa or resort


Same details & time of session as Option 2


💲 Cost: $2000 baht added for ice, set up & break down of bath; drive time. 



All options include specific Ice Bath Breath Work to enable you to be submerged into cold temperature of around 4-15 °C (Celsius) or 40-60 °F (Fahrenheit).

    💪 Benefits of Cold Exposure

    • Improved circulation: Cold exposure helps to increase blood flow to muscles, which can improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. It also encourages the release of endorphins, which can help relieve pain and reduce stress levels.


    • Faster muscle recovery: Cold therapy helps your body heal faster by decreasing the metabolic rate in damaged areas and reducing inflammation. This can help speed up recovery time after a workout.


    • Strengthened immune system: Cold exposure can help boost your immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells, which help to fight off infection and disease.


    • Reduced stress levels: Cold therapy can have a calming effect on the body and mind, helping to reduce both physical and mental stress.


    • Improved Mood: Cold exposure can help elevate your mood by releasing endorphins, which are known to be natural feel-good hormones. Studies have also shown that cold exposure can reduce symptoms of depression and improve mental clarity.


    • Increased Energy Levels: Regularly exposing yourself to cold temperatures can help increase energy levels by stimulating the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for regulating how you respond to stress.

    🚨 Safety Precautions

    While cold exposure can be beneficial, taking certain precautions to ensure safety is important. Cold plunges and ice baths should not be done if you have a medical condition or are pregnant. Additionally, those with circulatory issues should refrain from cold exposure as it can cause vasoconstriction of the blood vessels. It is also essential to listen to your body’s cues during cold exposure and stop if you start to feel uncomfortable.

    ⚠️ Liability Waiver

    Please read this Liability Waiver carefully and acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of its terms before participating in any ice bath activities. This waiver is a binding legal document that releases the organizers, instructors, and related personnel from any liability arising from your participation in ice bath sessions. By signing this waiver, you assume all risks associated with ice baths and absolve the aforementioned parties from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action.


    1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in ice bath activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the potential for physical injury, hypothermia, fainting, slipping, and other unforeseen risks. I am aware that these risks cannot be entirely eliminated and fully accept and assume all such risks associated with my participation.
    2. Health Assessment: I certify that I am in good health and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent me from safely participating in ice bath sessions. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional if I have any concerns or doubts about my health condition and the suitability of participating in ice baths.
    3. Voluntary Participation: I affirm that my participation in ice bath activities is voluntary and that I have not been coerced or forced to engage in this activity against my will. I understand that I may choose to stop participating at any time during the ice bath session if I feel it is necessary.
    4. Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in ice bath sessions, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and all related personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising out of my participation in ice baths. This includes, but is not limited to, any negligence, act, omission, or other conduct of the organizers, instructors, or any third parties involved in the ice bath sessions.
    5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, instructors, and related personnel from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that may arise from my participation in ice baths or any claims brought by third parties as a result of my actions or conduct during the ice bath sessions.
    6. Photography and Video Release: I grant permission for the organizers to capture and use photographs or videos of me participating in ice bath sessions for promotional and educational purposes without further compensation.
    7. Severability: If any provision of this Liability Waiver is deemed to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the document, and the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
