Our yoga classes are a mix of breathing, meditation, yoga poses & some strength training exercises. Go at your own pace; no pressure to know yoga! These classes are designed to fit all ages, body types, skill levels & help you feel better mentally & physically!

Almost anyone can do yoga, regardless of your age or fitness level. Yoga is a 5,000-year-old discipline from India. It was developed as a practice to unite the mind and body.

  • VINYASA FLOW - Smooth transition between poses paired with breathing.
  • BIKRAM-STYLE POSES - Standing/floor postures and breathing.
  • PILATES - Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and core strength.
  • STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY - Great for injuries, athletes and senior clients.
  • CARDIO - Power poses increasing circulation, strength and endurance.
  • GUIDED MEDITATION - Relaxation and recovery for mind and body.
  • BREATHING - Decrease anxiety; improve sleep; and increase energy levels. 
  • POSTURE CORRECTION & IMPROVEMENT - Focusing on body alignment. Prevent curving of the spine as we age!
