I first got into Yoga back in 2006 when I first began teaching at my local gym, indoor cycling, water aerobics and other studio classes, when I stumbled across “body balance” - a combination of Thai chi, Yoga and Pilates! I fell in love with the yoga element of the class structure and continued to teach up until I had all 3 of my children! I became a full time mom in 2013 and finally came back to work in 2017. I discovered a new passion, hotpod yoga - a little like Bikram Yoga - hot - 37 degrees and a Vinyasa Flow, but in an inflated pod. During lockdown I did my 200hr TT whilst juggling home school! This enabled me to qualify in hotpod yoga, chair yoga, childrens yoga, Ayurvedic yoga. I now work for myself self employed and travel from gyms to studios, I teach in children's schools yoga and seated yoga for people with brain injuries at a local clinic.
I teach a wide range of exercise classes, aerobics, step aerobics, indoor cycling, pilates, body pump, legs, bums and tums - just to name a few.
About me….. I'm a mom of 3, a cat mom, a partner, and an ex dancer which I performed at many levels nationally and internationally. I enjoy time to myself in the bath or at a spa, love coffee dates and eating out trying different foods from around the world (Lebanese is my favourite) and enjoy travelling at lot. My dream destination is to head to Australia via Hong Kong/Japan.
