My journey with yoga began when my boyfriend invited me to join him at a weekly class in Kamala, where I met Sonia. From the very first session, I was deeply moved by how yoga made me feel — grounded, balanced and uplifted.
Not long after, Sonia said something that truly resonated with me: “Napat, you should teach — you’d be a natural.” Her encouragement planted a seed and in September 2024, I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Chiang Mai.
Since then, I’ve been dedicated to deepening my practice and preparing to share yoga with others. With Sonia as my mentor and guide, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in her place during her travels, gaining hands-on experience and building confidence as a teacher.
Today, I’m excited to be teaching as part of Sonia’s team — bringing mindfulness, movement, and heart to every class I lead.
